Apprentices, Graduates & Interns

As we move into an exciting era of growth, Ideal Standard opens its doors to a new generation of rising stars and emerging talent. Each year we recruit the best apprentices into our business, and provide first-class training and mentoring, with a view to offering permanent, full-time placements at the end of the apprenticeship period.

We work closely with local colleges to source enthusiastic, passionate and gifted individuals. We’re interested in working with young people who have ambitions to build successful careers in the industry.

Here at Ideal Standard, we offer a number of apprenticeships, mainly within our Operations and Production departments. We partner with technical colleges to identify students whose career aspirations are aligned to the needs of our business and the demands of this important business unit, responsible for the quality of Ideal Standard products.

We also welcome budding engineers; students who’d like to join the team on a four-year electrical and mechanical course.

Graduates & Interns

Although we don’t currently have an internship scheme in place, we do always welcome speculative applications from enthusiastic individuals who would like to gain experience working with an award-winning global leader. Whilst we can’t guarantee a position, we do regularly place undergraduates within departments such as Marketing, HR or Supply Chain for either 6 or 12 months.
