Q: Tulip & Duchess cistern levers look the same will the Tulip one fit my Duchess

A: NO they are not interchangeable.

Q: How do I remove my cistern lid from the push button cistern?

A: Depress the large crescent shaped button.
Whilst depressed gently prize the smaller button from the underneath until it pops out.  When this has been done, you can then remove the larger button in the same way.

When they are both removed it will expose a white plastic screw that you should carefully with not too much force remove.
As soon as you have done this the outer shroud will come out and the lid will lift off.
Please not this method is only for use with the Twico flush valve that is identified by the black and green straw like rods under the buttons.
Any other style of lid will just lift off

Q: How do I stop water running into the pan?

A: Clean your cistern valve, or purchase our service kit and replace parts (see available spare parts on website).  A full replacement valve can be purchased should you wish to change the full unit. For help and spares click here

Q: How do I know what model of cistern I have?

A: Take a look to the underside of your cistern lid, you will find a M or H and three number this will assist in the identification of your suite
